Deleting flights

This help article will demonstrate how to:
- Delete a single flight
- Delete multiple flights
How to delete a single flight
Head to "MY LOGS" -> "FLIGHTS" and select the flight you would like to delete. Click on either trash can icon, as seen below.
Follow the prompt to confirm deletion of the selected flight.
How to delete multiple flights
Deleting multiple flights is as easy as deleting a single flight. If I wanted to delete the three flights from April 10th, I'd click on the box next to each flight to select them. With the flights selected, I would click on the trash can icon.
Filtering flights to delete
We provide multiple methods for filtering your flights, which is useful when deleting specific flights. Please visit our filtering flights help article for more info.

Thank you for writing with this question.
When your account approaches the 3000-flight limit, our system will automatically archive your older flights according to the retention period specified by your plan. Users do not need to delete flights. During the Archive Period, your flight data will be securely stored, and you can choose to upgrade your plan at any time to restore these flights from the archive. However, please note that once the Archive Period ends, flight data will no longer be accessible.
For more detailed information regarding archived flights and how they are managed, please feel free to review our Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) page, which can be found here: airdata.com
As for your inquiry about the impact on your heat map, I'd like to clarify that archived flights are in fact included in the heat map. The heat map feature reflects both your active and archived flight data.

Thank you for posting this question.
Typically, this happens because a user does not have the required permissions on their account to delete items.
You can read more about this in our help article: "Adding new users and pilots"
We would need to see your account details to know for certain why you are not seeing the Delete option.
If you have further questions on this, please send us an email at [email protected]
Thank you.
