Managing Rescinded LAANC Authorizations

Why was my LAANC request rescinded or invalidated?
The FAA or CAL Analytics may retroactively rescind or invalidate a previously authorized LAANC authorization.
This may be due to circumstances such as emergency events or newly published TFRs.
When this happens, your ability to apply for additional LAANC authorizations will be frozen until you acknowledge the rescindment or invalidation.

Please see the instructions below to restore LAANC request privileges to your AirData account.

Notifications by Email
If your LAANC request has been rescinded or invalidated, you will receive an email notification.
This email will be sent from [email protected] to your AirData email address.

Notification emails will have subject lines in the following formats:

LAANC [Authorization Code] was RESCINDED by the FAA
LAANC [Authorization Code] was INVALIDATED

You can acknowledge the rescindment or invalidation by clicking the app.airdata.com/ack link in the email.
This will take you to a confirmation page where you can “Acknowledge” the notification.

You can click the “View the full mission” link to see the request summary on app.airdata.com
